We believe it’s important for you to feel fully informed and confident while making decisions regarding your health or the health of your loved ones. OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to ensure that we provide a quality and timely service, we work with appointments and require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment. We understand that certain circumstances are unavoidable and may require last minute cancellation and we will graciously reschedule you. We do however reserve the right to require a rescheduling fee of $25 or forfeiture of one treatment session, if there are cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no shows. Thank you for your understanding and consideration!
HOURS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
Just like we understand your circumstances we want you to understand ours. Our doctors are human too and you should always call the day before or the day of to reconfirm your appointment. Please keep in mind our doctors have families and lives like you do and should be treated as such.
DOCTOR OPTIONS
Medical Walkin & Wellness strives to offer you a very personalized visit each and every time we see you. However, we want you to know that it is OK to schedule your appointment with a different Doctor at any time if it works out better for you, your schedule or if you would just like to try the another Doctor for the sake of change. You will always be in good, caring hands. At Medical Walkin, we want our patient to build a great relationship with any of our Doctors.
